Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use PicSKU to request, upload, generate, edit, or distribute NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, fetish, or nudity-focused content.

You may not create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized images of minors, child sexual abuse material, grooming content, or content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes children in any way.

You may not request content involving sexual services, explicit body-part emphasis, voyeurism, coercion, trafficking, or attempts to bypass content safety systems.

You may not generate illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, violent, self-harm, deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, malware, spam, marketplace-violating, or rights-violating content.

You may not impersonate people, fabricate endorsements, invent certifications, fake product capabilities, create misleading before-and-after claims, or generate content that violates ad network, marketplace, payment processor, or consumer-protection rules.

You may not upload regulated personal data, biometric identifiers, government IDs, payment cards, confidential third-party material, or content you do not have rights to use.

PicSKU screens prompt-based generation requests and may reject prompts, block outputs, suspend accounts, remove assets, preserve evidence, report unlawful activity, or terminate access when content appears to violate this policy.

Attempts to evade moderation, split prohibited requests across multiple prompts, use coded language, or hide prohibited content in reference images are violations of this policy.

Commercial users are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publication and ensuring that uploads, prompts, and outputs comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
