Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 11, 2026. This policy is intentionally strict because PicSKU handles uploaded product assets, generated images, account records, and payment-related workflows.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how PicSKU collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you access the website, upload product assets, generate images, use editing tools, purchase credits, contact support, or otherwise use the service.
By using PicSKU, you confirm that you have authority to provide any uploaded content and that your use of the service complies with applicable laws, platform rules, marketplace policies, and third-party rights.
2. Information We Collect
Account and contact information, including email address, sign-in codes, account status, support messages, and administrative notes needed to operate the service.
Uploaded and generated content, including product images, reference images, prompts, generation settings, output images, metadata, filenames, and related job history.
Payment and credit information, including purchase records, credit balances, invoice or checkout references, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud-prevention signals. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on our own systems.
Technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device data, request logs, cookies or local storage preferences, feature usage, error reports, rate-limit events, and security audit logs.
3. How We Use Information
To provide, maintain, secure, debug, and improve PicSKU, including image generation, asset storage, account authentication, credit accounting, support, abuse prevention, and payment-related workflows.
To enforce usage limits, investigate suspicious activity, prevent fraud, detect policy violations, protect the integrity of generated assets, and preserve evidence where disputes, chargebacks, or legal claims may arise.
To send service messages such as sign-in codes, payment confirmations, support replies, security notices, policy updates, and important product changes.
4. Uploaded Content and AI Processing
Uploaded images, prompts, and related metadata may be processed by third-party infrastructure providers, storage providers, AI model providers, payment processors, analytics or logging tools, and other vendors strictly as needed to operate the service.
You must not upload confidential trade secrets, regulated personal data, biometric identifiers, medical data, government IDs, payment card images, illegal content, or content you are not allowed to use.
PicSKU may reject, remove, quarantine, or disable access to uploads or outputs that appear illegal, abusive, infringing, unsafe, deceptive, or likely to create operational, legal, or reputational risk.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, storage, authentication, image generation, payments, email, security, logging, analytics, and customer support.
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, valid legal process, marketplace or payment-network investigation, safety concern, rights-enforcement request, merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell uploaded product images as standalone datasets. We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified operational data to improve reliability, pricing, safety, and product quality.
6. Retention
We retain account, transaction, credit, support, security, and generation records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, satisfy tax or accounting duties, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Uploaded and generated assets may remain available in your account until deleted, expired, or removed under policy. Deletion requests may not immediately remove backups, logs, payment records, security records, or records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
7. Your Choices
You may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of personal information by contacting support. We may verify your identity, refuse unlawful or abusive requests, and retain information where permitted or required.
You can reduce data collection by limiting uploads, avoiding sensitive prompts, deleting assets you no longer need, and signing out from shared devices.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your email account, devices, files, prompts, outputs, and any commercial use of generated assets.
If you believe your account or uploaded content has been compromised, contact support immediately.
9. Children and Restricted Users
PicSKU is not intended for children under 13 or for anyone barred from using the service under applicable law. If you use PicSKU on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of PicSKU after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
